Make-up Scheduler
Our Make-Up Policy: Two make-up classes are allowed within the current session, space permitting. For make-ups, you are welcome to attend any class at any location, provided there is space available. Make-ups need to be scheduled at least two days before the make-up class.
Online Make-Up Scheduler: The national Music Together organization has developed this tool to help scheduling make-up classes easier for all of us—the parents, the teachers and the director. We will all get an e-mail notification when you register to make up a class. The access code needed to log on to the make-up scheduler is "valley".

You may not find all of the current classes listed on the make-up scheduler. If a teacher feels a class is too full to accommodate another family, we do not offer it as a make-up option.

We allow only one make up family per class. If you have more than one child, please list them all on the same make-up form.
Cancellations: You may cancel a make-up class that you have previously scheduled if it doesn't work for you for any reason. Cancellations need to be made at least two days prior to the scheduled date.
