Registration

Families enrolled in the Winter 2010 session may register during our priority registration period which begins February 15.

Open registration begins February 22.

You can register for classes in all of our locations except Woodbury here on our web site by clicking on the registration button below. Please see the special instructions below for Woodbury classes.

There are two ways to pay if you register online:

1) Pay by credit card: Go to the online registration page by clicking on the button below and follow the payment prompts.

2) Pay by check: Go to the online registration page by clicking on the button below and choose “Pay Later” as your payment option and send a check right away. Please be aware that your place in class will be confirmed only upon receipt of your payment. Please mail your check to: Music Together in the Valley, 308 William St. N., Stillwater, MN 55082.

Payment plans are available. You can pay in two, three or four installments. The minimum initial payment required to save your spot in class is $40. The tuition for the spring session is due in full by the end of sixth week of the session, May 7. Please check with Clarice at 651-439-4219 to set up a payment plan. Payment plans are not available for classes in Woodbury where they are offered through the Parks and Recreation Dept.

Once you have registered online, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation that we have received your registration. We will check to make sure that there is space available in the class of your choice and will contact you only if there is a problem. So, no news is good news! Please be sure to choose a second class time option in case your first choice is already full.

Registration Details in a Nutshell

For the ten-week winter session, tuition for the first registered child is $160. Tuition for additional siblings registered is $90 each. Infant siblings born on or after July 27, 2009 (so under 8 months) attend at no cost as “auditors”, space permitting. We allow two infant auditors per class. Tuition in Woodbury is slightly higher, at $166 and $92 respectively.

There is a one-time-only registration fee of $15 for families new to Music Together in the Valley, Inc. This is waived in our Parks and Recreation locations in Blaine, Shoreview, Maplewood and Woodbury.

Tuition includes 2 matching CDs and a song book of the summer song collection, (one set per family). Families new to Music Together also receive “Music Together at Home: Helping Your Child Grow Musically,” a helpful DVD with an accompanying booklet.

Tuition refunds will be given only if requested before the first day of the session. Once a session begins, credit toward future sessions may be issued in exceptional circumstances, but refunds will not be given. For classes in Woodbury, the Woodbury Parks and Recreation refund policies apply.

If you miss class for any reason, two make-up classes are permitted within the current session, space permitting. Go to "Make-up" in the menu to connect to our make-up scheduler.

Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis and classes may fill quickly. Therefore, it is important to give two choices on the registration form. We will do our best to accommodate everyone and appreciate your flexibility.

Please note that under-enrolled classes (fewer than six children) may be canceled so we ask that you list a second choice of class times. If both your first and second choices are canceled, we will refund your tuition in full.
